Australia are $2.60 favourites to take a stranglehold on the Ashes series with England in the second Test in Adelaide.
Following their crushing loss in Brisbane, online bookmaker Sportsbet Australia has posted the visitors at $3.20 for the Adelaide Test, which starts on December 5.
“No doubt the Poms will be keen to bounce back, especially after they were heavily beaten. However, it will be very tough for them as the Aussies will take good form and a lot of confidence into the next Test,’’ sportsbet’s Shaun Anderson said.
Australia’s 1-0 lead sees them move into $1.72 to regain the Ashes, with England $2.10 to hang onto it.
